What Happens If The Chocolate Bars Soften During Delivery?

IMPORTANT: To make certain you receive the chocolate bars in quality condition, we highly recommend sending your package to an address where someone will be able to care for it immediately upon arrival. We're not responsible for packages left in the sun and unattended for. See below on what happens if the chocolate bars soften during delivery? We also highly recommend selecting over-night or two-day shipping during the hot summer months. Currently, the bars do not come in an ice cooler. However, when selecting UPS as your shipping carrier their warehouses are temperature controlled and we find shipping in a standard cardboard box has not been a problem. If standard ground shipping is requested, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a guarantee that your chocolate will arrive without softening.

Order Processing Time
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please remember to allow extra time for weekends and holidays. It is recommended to place your order within 4 weeks prior to any large special event of 500 bars or more to allow plenty of time for processing and receiving the order. We do offer rush service for those wanting to receive their order even quicker. There is a $15.00 processing fee to have your order processed and shipped within 24 hours (if you place your order on Friday, the order will be processed and shipped on Monday). If you need to have your order rushed simply type in "Please rush my order" in the comments box during checkout. The $15.00 rush fee will be added to your order after check out. Please note extra processing time may be required for those submitting a personal photo. Order processing begins once the photo has been received. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Order Change or Cancellation
An email confirmation will be sent immediately upon placing your order, please double check your order personalization information thoroughly and notify us immediately if there has been an error and we will correct the problem. You may change or cancel any order as long as the order status is in process. Orders that require personalization that have already been processed and not yet shipped are subject to a minimum $25.00 set up fee. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns
Please order carefully, personalized items cannot be returned. If you receive your order and realize you made an error (we all make mistakes and typos are easy to do, that’s why double checking is so important) we will re-process your order at a 50% discount (original shipping fees apply). If you receive your order and there is an error at fault by The Wrapper Press, we will correct your order and reship it to you at no additional costs. If a reorder is necessary please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a re-process. Re-processing requests after 5 days may be denied.

What Happens If The Chocolate Bars Soften During Delivery?
Do not place the bars in the refrigerator or freezer, this can cause condensation and compromise the quality of the wrapper. It’s best not to handle the bars. Leave them in the box and store them at normal room temperature.
